These blends provide the benefits of high gas pressure and volume due to the exothermic portion, while also eliminating profile distortion due to the endothermic portion.

Bergen International offers chemical foaming agents for both Gas Counter Pressure and Co-Injection Molding when surface appearance is critical in molded part applications, but significant part weight reduction is also required.
